Ordering and Payment

All products can be brought online or alternatively you can contact us via phone or email for larger/bulk purchases.

We accept all major payment methods including Visa, MasterCard and PayPal. Should you wish to pay via phone or BACS transfer please call us on (+44) 0114 321 8609 and our sales team will be more than happy to assist you.

VAT is charged on all products at 20% in accordance with UK Governmental laws. Products are shown with and without VAT on our shop.

We aim to ship all orders within 2 to 3 working days. This depends on the type of license you require on your device.

You are able to cancel your order with us anytime prior to dispatch by contacting us via phone or email. We recommend calling us directly on (+44) 0114 321 8609 as emails may be subject to delay during busy periods.

Delivery

All of our orders are shipped via DPD.

Yes, we do on a project basis. Please contact us directly to discuss.

We offer free delivery on all of our products within Mainland UK – this excludes Highlands, Offshore Islands & Northern Island.

We will send your unique tracking code once your order has been processed and has been successfully dispatched.

If your order has arrived damaged due to issues in transit, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery either via phone or email. We will then be able to resolve your issue accordingly.

Warranty

For VeryPC branded products purchased via our online store, we provide a Standard Service Plan which entitles you to a Collect and Return repairs service for customers located in the UK. Full details of our warranties can be viewed here.

For non-VeryPC branded hardware such as third party laptops, monitors and peripherals, all products are supplied with a minimum 12 month manufacturer’s warranty. Should your third party product experience a fault within the warranty period, you should contact the manufacturers support team for support.

For VeryPC products, you can log a warranty issue on our dedicated webpage, via email or by speaking with a technician on 0114 321 8609 and choosing option 2.

Should your VeryPC branded product develop a hardware fault during the warranty period, after our service desk has diagnosed the issue, they will issue an ticket number and detailed instructions on how to package your device up ready for collection.

Once we have confirmation that your product is packaged and is ready for pickup, we will book a collection in with our selected courier to collect the item for repair.

Once we receive your item, we typically aim to diagnose, repair and return your unit within 7 – 10 working days although this can take longer depending on the fault and parts availability.
